WELCOME TO THE REGISTRY UNIVERSITY OF DELTA

The Registry was inherited from the defunct College of Education, Agbor following the upgrade to the University of Delta, Agbor on February 25, 2021.

The Registry, in line with its universal mandate as the custodian of rules and regulations is positioned to foster the actualization of the vision of the University which is “to be an institution of excellence geared towards producing competent graduates capable of meeting the challenges of national development”.

It advises the Vice Chancellor on the day-to-day administration of the affairs of the University, other than financial matters as stipulated in the University Act of 2021.

The Registrar, Barr. Richmond Omagbemi, is the Chief Administrative Officer of the University. Following the upgrade from the defunct College of Education, Agbor to the University of Delta, Agbor, the Registry has undergone major remodeling, redesigning and reorganization in line with standard University administrative principles and practices.
